cable pinouts

Hey, question for Sam.

Are the wires color coded, do you have the color codes?  If I had a VW cable, and wanted to cut off one end, and attach (say a kenwood) adapter...

For which cable?  They would be coded but I don't know what the colors are inside, you'd probably have to use a multimeter to figure out which pins went to which wire inside... a bit tedious but not too hard.
