Converting a VW PB to Work in a 2001 Corvette
« on: March 31, 2008, 05:36:23 pm »
I have a PB from my wifes 2000 Jetta that she does not use now.  Is there anyway to get it to work with my 2001 Corvette.  It is a bose CD unit with changer controls.  Thanks guys......  Also will the voice prompts still work?

The PhatBox doesn't have BOSE support, you can use the box if you change the head unit, say, to a Kenwood, get a Kenwood PhatBox cable and re-flash the box to Kenwood firmware.

There has been some advancements in the potential for new firmware (and therefore new HU support) but don't expect anything anytime soon ;)
