Computer wont read DMS

Does anyone know how to trouble shoot a DMS that the Media Manager isnt finding when plugged in? I plug it into the cradle and nothing happens. My other cartridges works. Is there a program I can download to format the cartridge? Any help would be great.

Can you see the drive PHTSYS and PHTDTA from within Windows Explorer?

If not, if you got to 'Control Panel', 'Administrative Tools', 'Computer Management', 'Disk Management' does your disk show up in there?

Does the light on the cradle come on?  If not, you probably aren't getting the switch at the bottom depressed... and you can try pushing a bit harder on the DMS...
