DMS not working / DMS Doc says System File test failed

So I recently reformatted my DMS, completed cleaned both the phys and data partitions.
Tried 1st to reload the DMS using the music manager - with VW 7.02 firmware. - did not work.
Tried now to use the hack tools - reformatting and reloading the firmware. - still does not work.

On both occasions, I run the DMS doc test and it passes all but the System File test.
What can I do to fix this.

Sounds like you deleted your partitions -- you may have removed the keys from your DMS... you probably need to acquire an original DMS and hack your box before it will work
