Systemfiles Failed

hi,
to begin: sorry for my bad english.

i have a PB since yesterday. with 20GB dms. but the tool "phatnoise dms doctor" print the result:
Fail: Could not find system file in H:\

i have copied the firmware from the officical pb site to the dms but the error comes too.
i tried with version 7.02 and 6.00

as HU use is the VW Gamma V

can someone help me?

He had an incorrect pinout on his cable (data clock and signal reversed if I remember correctly)
