Track number / 51d question

Hi guys,

I have an Audi Concert head unit. For some reason that tracks will display up to 63 instead of the usual 99 on other head units (something to do with the firmware on the head unit). This causes problems for accessing artists/playlists e.t.c over 63, as the head unit display will hang. Most of the time music will play but sometimes I get no announcements or even as far as completely locking up requiring a manual power cycle.

My question is, do you think it would be possible to somehow get the phatbox to roll over to 00/01 (whatever it is) after 63 instead of waiting untill 99? Is this something that could be achieved by modifying the custom 51d?

Yes, that could be done with a custom 51d...
