windows 7 + MusicKeg = um?
« on: May 05, 2009, 04:43:47 am »
hey guys, new to the forum, never had a problem with my music keg till now. didn't really think about this being an issue since W7 runs a virtual xp for xp programs. the disc works fine in the car, PMM (2.xx) installed fine and runs fine, voice installed dunno if it works yet and the ISD driver (5.04) installed i think, didn't give me an eror anyways. The cradle is a KHD-USB1 and it's the kenwood 710 system, not hacked. basically it's not detecting the dms.

oh, and i'm running 64bit W7

thanks for any input.

I doubt the USB 1 drivers are Windows 7 compatible - whether it installed or not.
Try a USB 2 cradle, you should get further...
