Using a Kenwood 910 keg in BMW

I have a keg that I am pulling out of my truck and would like to use it in my 2006 X3.  My understanding is that this can be done with some software/firmware changes and I would also need a Blitzsafe adapter (which I think I read is no longer available from Blitzsafe).

Is this correct?  If anyone can point me to any documents for doing this, I would appreciate it.
