help mass cock up

I've got a phatbox that was working in my seat ibiza with the alana radio.Now what i did was apply the hack and it worked, but then i started mucking about with dms tools and applied the vw 7.02 firmware and then reapplied the hack. Now it wont work lights come on but radio says NO CDC.

what have i done please help to get it working

I've just formatted the drive and I'll create a new dms but leave all boxes unchecked.

It could be the change of firmware.
If you know what version was on there before, try re-loading that and see what difference it makes.
I've discovered that having the correct firmware can make a massive positive difference to how/whether the box works, so the incorrect firmware would probably have the opposite effect.
