Info: I was chang my car; my phat box is compatible?

hi to everybody. 
Compliments to all for the forum, believe first of all to be the last arrival; besides excuse me for my bad English... 
My question is the following: I have a PhatBox whit DMS cartridge on my A3 sportback with radio Concert II; can I use my PB on my new car Audi A4 avant new model (without navigator)? 
What do I have to do for making to work it?
