Red LED On Solid - Nothing Else

I was gonna show off the Phatnoise to my Nephew this weekend. But the head unit would not switch to it.

The Red LED was on. Not blinking. Nothing from the Green LED.

Killing power on the car & re-inserting the DMS did nothing. In fact Red LED stayed on during it all. It does go out after a long while.

The user manual's troubleshooting section doesn't really speak about this.

Any Ideas?

Did you try unplugging the phatbox cable, and then plugging it back in after a few seconds?
