Hey everyone :)

I've just bought a DMS, and I'm suffering the usual noob issues with getting the cradle working.  For starters, my main OS is a write-off because its Windows 7 64 bit so I clearly don't stand a chance there.

Thankfully, I have a dual boot to Linux, which recognises everything, right?  Wrong...

I've posted my debug logs etc on LinuxQuestions - http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-hardware-18/unable-to-get-phatbox-hard-drive-caddy-to-mount-867566/

But does anyone in this forum have any ideas?

I have a spare 2.5" drive caddy coming in the post to see if that works - but ideally I'd like to be able to get this working without having to resort to a screwdriver every time I want to download new MP3's...

Cheers,

Pete
