So when can we start reprogramming the chip that translates between the phatbox and the headunits??

Does anyone have a schematic?

Nope.  I traced a few pins but decided it wasn't going to be that helpful and stopped.  A DMM with continuity testing (buzz mode) and a lot of free time will do it. :)
