How to uninstall Phatnoise Music Manager?

I'm using Music Manager 2.30 and (for various reasons) I want to uninstall it.  But I have no uninstall option in the program group or in add/remove in the Windows control panel.  How can I safely uninstall the program?  Am I missing something?
