I keep getting the 'Speak Failed' messaged when trying to eject my DMS. I'm using the latest PMM and have also installed the speech.msi file. In Phatnoise's knowledgebase it says that firewalls or AV software may cause this error. I disabled both and still get the error so it's not that.

Have I missed something in the istallation? The manual doesn't mention anything about this.

Ok fixed it. I reinstalled to old version of Phatbox Music Manager from the CD, then immediately undeleted it and now it's working. It seems that the download version of Phatbox Media Manager doesn't install the natural voices properly.
