Audi PB only playing from left speakers.

I managed to get my Audi PB to play by using a new cable.  However, the sound only comes from the left speakers.  Balance is in the middle, and all other inputs play normally.

The headunit is an Audi Symphony I, and I set the PB up per the instructions to option 7 under the features menu.  

Any suggestions?

Sounds like either a bad cable, bad pin, or bad connector on the phatbox.  its going to be hard to verify.

What I would do would be test continuity on the cable using a DMM... the pinouts can be found on the wiki.phathack.com for your phatbox.. just test the right audio pinouts with the DMM with one end on the changer cable side and one end on the phatbox side and see if you have a good connection.  if that works then you'll have to do the same thing across the phatbox connector and the PCB inside to make sure its not the issue.  That will involve taking your box apart.  could be a bad soilder joint or something.
