Audi A3 problems help!!

Hi all i have a 2004 A3 had the phatnoise installed today-great i thought!

When i switch to cd changer on the concert hu it appears to acknowledge the unit but i have no welcome message, i cannot also set it to use my hu.

Upgraded to latest firmware foir vw audi and its no go grr!.

Any ideas please? the cd changer cable must be correct as it fits?? any ideas welcome!

Hi,

is only the welcome sound missing? Can you select anything with the keys 1-6? If you press 2...6 there should be the corresponding messages. If not, and if the keys are working, you probably have to setup your phatbox for your headunit. Press 6 to enter the setup menu. The manual will help you too.
