Age/Date Issue
« on: August 18, 2005, 01:50:57 pm »
Just a small niggly issue really, i entered my DOB but on the main Profile screen it states that i am 22 however i am quite certain that i am in fact 23 as it was my birthday only last Wednesday.

Is a date somewhere in the underlying forum set-up a year behind or something  :-/

When you count your age as 23, do you use the standard method used in the USA, or perhaps something more like the asian method where people tend to consider themselves a year older than someone with the same date born in the usa?

My birthday correctly calculates me as 27 and I was born in June of 1978.

Yes - it gets mine right too.  Born December 1957, 47 years old now.

Did you put the month and day in the american order (MMDD) or the UK way (DDMM)? This site needs MMDD...
