I'm all ready to put an Audi phatbox into my BMW. Have seen all the info on how to make the cable, and how the Blitzsafe adapter needs to be modified so I don't fry my new toy. Figured this should be a piece of cake for a electronics geek like me. BUT....I just saw some posts on other sites saying that the latest versions of the Blitzsafe won't work with the phatbox, something about change in the blitzsafe software. I haven't been able to confirm this or not, so I was wondering if anybody knew anything about blitzsafe versions. It would even be helpful if someone that has one working could post the revision number of the converter (if it is available on the box somewhere) I don't have mine yet, everything is on order, and I'm just trying to avoid altering the blitzsafe if it is not going to work...
I'm hoping this will all work, since I plan on making up a nice write up to put on the wiki on the full conversion process.
