Problems initializing DMS

Hi all,
I'm very new to all of this, and well, with the phatnoise server down, my problems increase 10 fold. My phatnoise music manager cannot initialize my dms for my headunit without connection with the server. Any ideas to get around this? My car stereo is factory with my 02 golf. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

you can download the files from http://downloads.phathack.com/firmware/ and extract them to the phtsys partition.

Hi there, and thank you very much for that link. I find that I am probably not opening the files correctly as nothing has changed....if possible, could you offer me more guidance?

I would just unzip the contents into the phtsys partition.. I don't know how else to say it really... I don't have my DMS handy so I can't send you a directory listing to compare to  yours.
